Long life and mould integrity are at their best when using abrasive compounds. • HARD CHROME PLATING System adopted by ORP Stampi since many years – Bright or Opaque chrome plating according to the type of compound – improves mould/tool life, easy demoulding of parts, leaves mould/tool in cleaner condition. • METROLOGY CERTIFICATES We certified each of the 2000 cavities in a mould for pharmaceutical industry. • MOULD TRIALS ... for complex moulds , with customer ' s compound, to validate our construction. • CUT- OFF MOULDS When mould opens , the injection runners get automatically cut off , so reducing labour and excess cryogenic finishing
