Custom industrial mould making

Since 1980 we have designed and built moulds for technical parts in rubber, rubber-to-metal and silicone. Every mould is designed around the part it has to produce.

Design

We start from the part to be produced and its application, and choose the most suitable moulding technology: compression, transfer or injection. We define cavity layout, feed system, venting and ejection so the finished part stays repeatable.

Manufacturing

More than 800 precision moulds a year on more than 40 CNC machining centres: milling up to 5+1 axes, turning, grinding and EDM in-house. Every mould is sampled on 120, 300 and 320 tonne presses to ISO 9001:2015 standards.

Support

We deliver a mould that is ready to run and fully documented. Maintenance, spare parts and modifications stay with the same team that designed it.

Want to check the feasibility of a new mould? Tell us about the part you need to produce and we’ll come back with lead time and a quote.

Founded in the heart of Italy’s gasket manufacturing district, the company now operates with a strong international focus, providing dedicated support and establishing itself as a reliable partner in global markets.

From design to tested mould

Four stages, a single point of contact from enquiry to production.

  1. 01

    Analysis and feasibility

We start from the part to be produced, its application and the expected volumes. We assess material and tolerances and define the most suitable moulding technology before quoting.

  2. 02

    Mould design

Our designers define cavity count, feed system, venting and ejection. CAE simulation software lets us check filling before any steel is cut.

  3. 03

    Manufacturing

Milling up to 5+1 axes, turning, grinding and EDM in our own departments, with dimensional inspection on every component before the mould is assembled.

  4. 04

    Trial and fine-tuning

In-house sampling on our presses, correction of any drift and delivery of a fully documented mould. Maintenance, spare parts and modifications follow from there.

Certificazione ISO 9001:2015

Quality certified to ISO 9001:2015

Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015. In practice that means documented dimensional inspection on mould components, traceability of machining operations and a formal non-conformity process: if a part falls out of tolerance, a procedure defines who steps in and how.
