Design and production of moulds for rubber technical parts

Since the nineties , in the so called Italian Rubber District , we annually designed and manufactured about 1000 precision moulds, automated or not , for any rubber compound and technical part . By looking for the best solutions to achieve the customer required benefits , each of these moulds has been for us a sort of ‘ unique product ‘ and in spite of our constant investment in terms of capital goods , materials , advanced technologies and unique personnel, we still regard ourselves as ‘ craftsmen – artists ‘ .

Nell’attuale distretto italiano della gomma, a partire dagli anni ‘90 abbiamo progettato e costruito annualmente circa mille stampi di precisione per tutti i tipi di mescole e di articoli tecnici, con o senza automazione.

The four of us are managing our company strategic activities including the intensive collaboration with compounders, press and automation manufacturers .This update greatly helps us to better evaluate the needs of our customers worldwide , shape the excellence of our proposals and ,

last but not least , to start up , when needed , our complex moulds directly at the customer location.
