Since 1980 actively designing, developing, producing moulds for the manufacturing of technical rubber parts. OR.P. Stampi have strived over the years to be at the forefront of modern design and applications for the rubber industry, becoming not only a leader in the production of moulds, but all aspects that involve the “moulding” of a technical rubber part. Systems to improve the moulding cycle time, reduction of waste, tighter tolerances, automation, have been OR.P. Stampi’s goal over the years. Constant up-dating of their multi-axis CNC machinery, increase in latest
technology apparatuses along with specialised personnel are what have made OR.P. Stampi capable of such progression. OR.P. Stampi, distributed over 3500 Square meters, permits the production of complex moulds and auxiliaries attaining to the requirements of its SGS ISO 9001:2015 certification. OR.P. Stampi Metrology Laboratory applies some of the most sophisticated instrumentation for the final checking/control of all their moulds prior to despatch, so that anything “leaving the building” is accordance to customer requirement. Trial moulding takes place in-house, with the use of our latest presses 300t – 320t customer compound, simulating the moulding
parameters that the customer will be using, all conducted in the strictest confidentiality.
